Summary
The treaty of Brest Livosk was mediated by Andrik Fuller between Russia and the Central Powers, headed by Germany. The treaty was practically non-existent before the year was up, but it did provide some relieve to the Bolsheviks. It also confirmed the independance of: Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Belarus, Finland and Estonia
