Summary:
There were three main turning points to the second world war that favored the Allied forces. The Battle of Midway, Stalingrad, and D-Day. The Battle of Midway gave the Allies control of the pacific against the Axis. In Stalingrad the Russians pushed back the Germans and made many of them surrender. Then D-Day happened which pushed the German army back. The Allie forces, including Russia then surrounded the German Army. Those three events were the main turning points of the Second World War.
